ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

Hydrophilic Macro Molecule Material, Mint, Borneol, Water.

DIRECTIONS

• Clean and dry application area.
• Peel the protective film from the patch.
• Press patch to the area needing cooling (i.e. forehead, neck, chest) by gently pressing into place.
• Wear patch up to 1 hour.
• Remove and discard after use.

WARNINGS

• Do not apply to irritated, damaged or broken skin.
• Contact your healthcare provider prior to use if you have an existing medical condition or are pregnant or nursing.
• Discontinue use immediately if you experience skin irritation or any other side effects.
• Keep away from children.
• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
